Roles & Responsibilities § Initiate and manage the full sales process within the assigned territory and product range. § Develop customer accounts by understanding customer’s current and future plans to achieve assigned target. § Expand the business network by offering products to generate new leads from existing and new customers. § Conduct technical demonstrations / presentations of the products at customer sites. § Maintain the CRM with relevant and up-to date customer and sales opportunity information. § Conduct market surveys and estimate market share in all major product categories, competitor market share. § Contribute to sales growth by identifying new opportunities at customer site for existing and new products. § Review customers’ enquiries, liaise with clients, internal departments and relevant parties § Assisting at seminars, training courses and product launches. § Attending and organizing local exhibitions. § Identity and implement appropriate action plans to track key accounts consumption patterns. Experience/Qualifications § B.Sc. / Diploma holder/ BE in ECE, EEE, EIE (preferably Engineers) § Minimum 4 years of Sales experience in Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology Laboratory equipment § Experience in selling capital equipment is an addon Key Competencies § Knowledge of Lab products like Freezers, Co2 Incubators, Shakers, Furnaces, Incubators, Ovens, Freeze Dryers, Centrifuges, Lab washers, Table top autoclaves, Safety cabinets etc. § Knowledge of key customers in Hospital segment, Life Sciences & Healthcare companies, Pharma companies and Research & Educational Institutes.
