The platform simplifies compliance with integrated tools for generating E-Way Bills and GST invoices, while supporting financial management through trip expense tracking, driver settlements, and proof-of-delivery updates. Trucksarthi provides real-time profitability insights and reduces manual paperwork. The company is focused on optimizing operational efficiency within the Indian transportation ecosystem.


Role Description

The Implementation & Support Specialist will manage the complete onboarding and deployment of the Trucksarthi ERP system for new clients. This role includes configuring the ERP according to each client’s operational structure, training users, and ensuring a smooth transition into daily usage. The specialist will troubleshoot platform issues, provide prompt technical support, and maintain strong communication with clients to ensure high satisfaction. Responsibilities also include gathering client requirements, identifying practical workflow optimizations, and collaborating with internal teams to refine product improvements.


Responsibilities

  • Implement and configure the Trucksarthi ERP for new clients
  • Conduct onboarding sessions and train fleet owners, managers, and staff
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions
  • Analyze client workflows to customize modules and optimize usage
  • Maintain ongoing communication to ensure high adoption and satisfaction
  • Document feedback and collaborate with the product team for enhancements
  • Monitor client usage patterns and proactively address roadblocks


Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and customize workflows
  • Proficiency in software implementation or ERP deployment
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving ability
  • Experience in technical support, onboarding, or field implementation
  • Familiarity with logistics or transportation management software (preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field
