Implementation Specialist- ServiceNow

You are a highly skilled and motivated ServiceNow Implementation Specialist with 4-7 years of experience, particularly in the IT Service Management (ITSM) space. Your main responsibility will be managing the end-to-end process of ServiceNow implementation to ensure that business requirements are effectively met through platform configuration, integration, and automation. The job location is in Thane. Your key responsibilities will include requirement gathering, solution design, ServiceNow implementation and configuration, integration, customization and development, support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement. You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements, design solutions based on industry best practices and business processes, configure ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM modules, customize ServiceNow applications to align with client needs, integrate ServiceNow with external systems and third-party applications, promote ITIL and ServiceNow best practices, provide recommendations for process automation, incident reduction, and resource optimization, develop and execute test plans, document configuration changes, provide end-user training, and maintain technical documentation. The ideal candidate for this role will have strong experience in designing, configuring, and supporting ServiceNow workflows and processes, proficiency in scripting languages like JavaScript and Glide Script, experience in REST/SOAP integrations, a solid understanding of ITIL processes and practices, proficiency in developing ServiceNow custom applications and integrations, knowledge of asset management, CMDB, and discovery tools, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and the capability to work independently and in a team while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Certification as a ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM certification preferred) is required for this role.,
