Implementation Specialist- ServiceNow

As a ServiceNow Implementation Specialist at our company, you will play a crucial role in the end-to-end process of implementing and configuring ServiceNow Solutions, particularly in the IT Service Management (ITSM) space. Your responsibilities will include managing the entire implementation process to ensure that business requirements are effectively met through platform configuration, integration, and automation. **Key Responsibilities:** - Requirement gathering & Solution Design - ServiceNow Implementation & Configuration - ServiceNow Integration - Customization & Development - Support & Troubleshooting - Continuous Improvement **Qualifications Required:** - 4-7 years of experience in ServiceNow implementation, focusing on ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM - Strong experience in designing, configuring, and supporting ServiceNow workflows and processes - Proficiency in scripting languages (JavaScript, Glide Script) and experience in REST/SOAP integrations - Strong understanding of ITIL processes and practices - Proficiency in developing ServiceNow custom applications and integrations - Knowledge of asset management, CMDB, and discovery tools - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work independently and in a team, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment In addition to the qualifications, it is preferred that you hold the ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certification (ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM certification).
