Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Configure and customize the software to align with client requirements, ensuring seamless adoption and integration with existing systems. Map and optimize customer workflows and business processes within the software solution, leveraging industry best practices and knowledge. Gather and analyze client requirements to ensure successful software configuration and adoption, and provide effective user training and documentation. Develop and manage implementation project plans, allocate resources effectively, and mitigate potential risks. Collaborate closely with sales and support teams to provide pre-sales support and post-implementation assistance, ensuring a smooth customer journey. Troubleshoot and resolve issues during the implementation process, demonstrating strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Skills & Qualifications: In-depth knowledge of the software product and the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills, with a customer-centric approach. Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in project management software, documentation tools, and version control systems. Adaptability and a willingness to learn and stay updated on product updates and industry trends. Shift type: Evening shift (5 pm)
