Job Summary
As a Client Technical Onboarder within the JPMorgan Payments team, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end client onboarding experience and overseeing the implementation of integrated technology and product solutions. You will collaborate directly with clients to deliver seamless onboarding, ensuring excellence throughout the process. Your role requires strong project governance and expertise to consult and lead clients in adopting JPMorgan Payments technology across Treasury, Cash Management, Trade, and Merchant Acquiring businesses.
Job Responsibilities
- Represent JPMorgan as the client-facing technical contact during complex Payments product implementations
- Provide consultative advice to clients and internal partners on technical aspects of Payments solutions
- Guide clients in improving treasury, finance, and business operations through JPMorgan Payments technology adoption
- Lead implementation projects, including workshops, requirements gathering, technical specifications, project planning, and governance
- Execute product testing and manage legal documentation to ensure successful onboarding
- Ensure compliance with audit, controls, and risk management policies throughout the onboarding process
- Drive process optimization, efficiency improvements, and client experience enhancements within the team
Required Qualifications, Skills And Capabilities
- Proven experience in client onboarding and project management within financial services or technology
- Strong technical expertise in Payments solutions and related products
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including senior-level engagement
- Ability to balance multiple concurrent projects and prioritize deadlines while adhering to legal, risk, compliance, and control frameworks
Preferred Qualifications, Skills And Capabilities
- Experience with Treasury, Cash Management, Trade, or Merchant Acquiring businesses
- Familiarity with global operating models and process optimization initiatives
- Background in conducting client workshops and translating requirements into technical specifications
- Knowledge of audit, controls, and risk management practices in financial services
