Implementation Lead

As an Implementation Lead at Smartapp, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation and completion of projects. Your primary responsibility will be to understand the client's scope of work and translate it into configurations and apps using the Smartapp platform. **Key Responsibilities:** - Coordinate and assimilate requirements for project setup - Understand business processes, define attributes, and map business processes in projects through Smartapp - Interact and liaison with customer users and the internal team - Implement the mapped business process and demonstrate to customers with their data - Ensure the highest quality of software delivery to clients - Conduct product training and handhold the customer on working procedures - Ensure completion of project delivery milestones as per schedule - Create the required implementation documents (Scope document, Configuration document, UAT) - Help define the scope of customization, iterate, and deliver - Provide product demos and assist the sales team in securing deals - Assist the development team by providing inputs for product development - Analyze activity in a project and provide regular feedback to the clients **Qualifications Required:** - 6+ years of proven experience working as an Implementation Specialist, preferably in Construction Project Management Software, P6/MSP, or any lean last planning tool - Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, computer information science, information technology, or a related field **Skill Requirements:** - The ability to multitask effectively - The ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Exceptional communication and customer service skills - Detail-oriented,
