Job Description

You will be responsible for leading and supervising a team of data analysts and data entry operators to ensure the proper allocation of tasks and deadlines. Your role will involve providing clear instructions on data gathering, validation, entry, and system configuration, monitoring team performance, providing feedback, and overseeing the process of collection, cleansing, and validation of procurement data from clients. You will need to establish and enforce data quality standards and validation rules, perform audits on data entered by the team, and develop detailed project plans for data population and system configuration phases. Additionally, you will be required to ensure alignment with ERP project timelines, manage changes in project scope or timelines, collaborate with technical teams, and conduct root cause analysis of recurring issues. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and supervise a team of data analysts and data entry operators - Provide clear instructions on data gathering, validation, entry, and system configuration - Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and ensure training or upskilling opportunities - Oversee the collection, cleansing, and validation of procurement data - Establish and enforce data quality standards and validation rules - Perform audits on data entered by the team - Develop detailed project plans for data population and system configuration - Ensure alignment with ERP project timelines - Manage changes in project scope or timelines - Collaborate with technical teams - Conduct root cause analysis of recurring issues - Maintain documentation of data entry procedures, system configurations, and bug tracking - Prepare reports and dashboards on team performance, project milestones, and issue resolution - Conduct knowledge transfer sessions post-implementation - Oversee the team during the initial go-live phase - Coordinate with the support team for system maintenance and troubleshooting - Monitor system performance and data integrity Qualifications and Skills: - Personal drive, ownership, and ability to work independently - Bachelors degree in related field - 5+ years of experience in system implementations - Experience in managing teams and data migration projects - Certification in project management methodologies preferred - Familiarity with system integrations and data management tools - Proficiency in using data management tools and project management tools - Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills - Decision-making and problem-solving skills In addition to the qualifications and skills mentioned above, you should also possess the following: - Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills - Analytical mindset with the ability to identify inefficiencies and propose improvements - Knowledge of process improvement methodologies to streamline operations,
