Role Description (Location Saudi)

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Implementation Engineer at TechXchange Global Technologies LLC, located in Saudi. The Implementation Engineer will be responsible for App Dinamics subject matter expert, implementation tasks, providing technical support to clients, managing projects, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in Software Implementation and Project Implementation
• Proficiency in Technical Support and Customer Service
• 3-4 Years of experience in App Dynamics
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Experience in the technology industry is a plus
