Implementation Engineer

Responsibilities:

1. Serve as the primary point of contact and representative of RGBSI to engage with customers.

2. Engage with prospective clients to thoroughly understand their specific requirements.

3. Interact with clients to deliver presentations on software instrumentation products and gain insights into their application needs.

4. Collaborate with internal teams to promptly address any client issues or concerns.

5. Prepare comprehensive application write-ups for new software applications.

6. Obtain performance feedback and certificates from clients.

7. Achieve relevant key performance indicators (KPIs).

Preferred Skills:

1. Possess a clear understanding of the fundamentals of Engineering and an aptitude for quickly grasping engineering concepts.

2. Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, capable of effectively and confidently engaging with clients.

3. Exhibit strong analytical problem-solving abilities.

4. Maintain an organized approach to tracking multiple client cases and diligently following up on them.
