Implementation Engineer

Role Overview:
We’re looking for an Implementation Engineer to handle software deployment and client support for our hospital information system.
The role involves regular travel across India (minimum 2 weeks per month) and occasional opportunities for Middle East implementation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and configure our hospital software at client locations.
• Work with MS SQL Database, Crystal Reports, and execute basic SQL queries.
• Coordinate with clients to ensure smooth setup, testing, and handover.
• Provide remote support and troubleshooting from HQ when not traveling.
• Train hospital staff and ensure seamless software adoption.

Who Can Apply:

Candidates with or without a formal degree but with relevant experience.
Must have worked in a hospital IT department (2–3 years) or in healthcare software companies such as:

Skills Required:

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
