Job Title: Implementation Engineer About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Implementation Engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for deploying, configuring, and integrating our solutions for clients, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience and measurable business outcomes. Key Responsibilities Work with clients to understand technical requirements and translate them into solution setups. Implement, configure, and customize the product on client systems (Shopify, apps, APIs, etc.). Integrate third-party tools (analytics, marketing, personalization, CRO solutions) with client platforms. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions during onboarding and early adoption. Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless handover and client satisfaction . Document implementation processes and provide knowledge transfer to clients and internal teams. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). Strong understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, APIs, SQL basics). Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify preferred) or SaaS product integrations is a plus. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on timelines. Nice to Have Exposure to data visualization tools (GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude, etc.).
