About the Role

Implementation Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Work with clients to

  understand technical requirements

  and translate them into solution setups.

• Implement, configure, and customize

  the product on client systems (Shopify, apps, APIs, etc.).

• Integrate third-party tools

  (analytics, marketing, personalization, CRO solutions) with client platforms.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide

  timely solutions

  during onboarding and early adoption.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure

  seamless handover and client satisfaction

  .
• Document implementation processes and provide

  knowledge transfer

  to clients and internal teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong understanding of

  web technologies

  (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, APIs, SQL basics).
• Experience with

  e-commerce platforms (Shopify preferred)

  or SaaS product integrations is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on timelines.

Nice to Have

• Exposure to data visualization tools (GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude, etc.).
• Previous experience in an implementation, solutions engineering, or onboarding role.
