Implementation Engineer

As an Implementation Engineer at Metquay Inc., you will be responsible for leading the implementation process for customers, focusing on transforming complex Excel-based calibration templates into Metquay's intelligent worksheet engine. Your role is crucial in ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for customers by accurately configuring their calibration data, logic, and workflows in our platform. **Key Responsibilities:** - Analyze Excel calibration sheets to identify data structures, calculation logic, and reporting requirements. - Collaborate with customers to gather requirements, validate worksheet outputs, and ensure data integrity and functionality. - Work with the product and QA teams to test, document, and deploy worksheet configurations. - Document all logic, formulas, and edge cases clearly for internal reference and future maintenance. - Participate in customer calls and implementation check-ins as a technical expert and trusted advisor. - Contribute to building a knowledge base of familiar patterns, formulas, and best practices to accelerate future implementations. **Required Qualifications:** - A diploma or a Graduate degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or a related technical field. - Strong analytical and mathematical skills to understand complex formulas and workflows. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, nested logic, and conditional formatting. - Excellent written communication and documentation skills. - Ability to manage multiple implementation projects and prioritize effectively. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams. - Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality, customer-centric solutions. **Preferred Qualifications:** - Experience with calibration or metrology concepts. - Exposure to SaaS platforms or custom workflow builders. - Familiarity with scripting, low-code platforms, or formula languages like Excel macros, Python, or JS is a plus.
