Project Manager - Growth-Stage B2B Software Product

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of software projects. Working closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, UX/UI, QA, and customer success, you will ensure the timely delivery of the product roadmap with high quality. Your key responsibilities will include owning and managing the entire project lifecycle, collaborating with product owners to define project scope, goals, and deliverables, developing detailed project plans and timelines, and facilitating Agile/Scrum meetings. You will monitor project progress using tools like Jira, identify risks and issues early, and ensure effective communication across internal teams and stakeholders. Additionally, you will champion continuous improvement and process optimization, managing multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, along with 3+ years of project management experience in SaaS/software development. Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, hands-on experience with project management tools like Jira and Confluence, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment are essential. Preferred qualifications include certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master (CSM), experience in B2B SaaS environments, and familiarity with DevOps practices and cloud-based technologies like AWS and Azure.
