A solid understanding of IT Infrastructure Management, Information Security, network, and system security is required. Proficiency in administering Unix/Linux, Windows, Mac systems, and Virtualization, along with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, is essential. Prior experience as an Implementation Engineer is preferred. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, proficiency in software implementation, integration, and knowledge of programming languages like React JS, Node JS, or Python. Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a customer-centric approach are crucial. Experience in customer support or client-facing roles is advantageous. This is a full-time position based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. The ability to commute or relocate to the location is preferred. A positive attitude, perseverance, and willingness to travel up to 25% are desired attributes.
