Requirements:

1

• 3 years of experience in HRMS Implementation
• Hands-on experience with one of the HRMS platforms (keka, greytHR, darwinbox, zoho).
• Solid understanding of end-to-end HR processes, including performance management.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Consulting experience and strong project implementation skills
• Comfortable working in a structured project environment with deadlines.
• Bachelors degree in HR, business, or a related field.
