Role Overview

Content & Social Media Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage engaging content across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, etc.).
• Assist in planning and executing content calendars.
• Write blog posts, articles, and short-form content aligned with HRTECHFY’s brand voice.
• Monitor social media trends, engagement, and performance analytics.
• Support marketing campaigns and community-building initiatives.
• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm new ideas for digital growth.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
• Creative mindset with an interest in HR, tech, and startups.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Prior experience in content writing, blogging, or social media (preferred but not mandatory).
