Handle end-to-end recruitment for BFSI roles including relationship managers, sales, credit, operations, and backend banking profiles
Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and create recruitment strategies
Source candidates using job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other channels
Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates for various positions
Coordinate interview scheduling and feedback management with internal stakeholders
Maintain candidate data and prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports
