Role & responsibilities Looking for candidates who is having chemical,pharma,rubber manufacturing unit recruitment Handle key recruitments of the clients, which involve interaction with the client managers to understand their specifications and provide profiles/ candidates accordingly. Posting ads on job portals, profile search through database. Source candidatesfrom Job portals, Social Networking sites, Database etc. Scrutinizing,screening, and shortlisting resumes based on specific criteria,skills, platforms, qualifications, and relevant experience. Briefing the candidates about the job profile and organization. Conduct Telephonic round analyze candidate's technical and communication skills. Scheduling technical/final interviews either with the technical panel or with the management group and follow up on the feedback. Coordinating with the client for interviews ofshort-listed candidates, facilitating salary negotiation, following up. Salary negotiation and compensation fitment of the selected candidates in the approved salary grid of the organization. Collecting Documents from selected candidates for Background Verification.
