Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Manager to lead and coordinate our operational activities. This key role will oversee the scheduling of junior engineers, manage client communications regarding lift timelines, supervise after-sales service, and coordinate closely with logistics teams to ensure timely and flawless installations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize schedules for Junior Engineers to meet installation and service deadlines
• Serve as the primary point of contact with clients regarding lift schedules and service updates
• Oversee after-sales service to ensure high customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution
• Coordinate with the logistics department to align delivery and installation timelines
• Manage staff leaves and maintain smooth communication between ground-level teams and senior management
• Drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and client experience

• Proven experience managing operations in the elevator or technical services industry
• Strong leadership, multitasking, and communication skills
• Ability to handle client interactions professionally and resolve issues efficiently
