Role Overview:

We are looking for a Junior Project Manager with Full Stack Development capabilities to join our team. This is a hybrid role that combines technical development responsibilities with project coordination and client communication. The ideal candidate should be able to actively code, manage day-to-day development tasks, coordinate with internal teams, and communicate project requirements and progress to clients effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

• Assist the senior project manager in managing sprint timelines and deliverables.
• Prepare requirement documents, project briefs, and user stories based on client inputs.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Frontend, Flutter, UI/UX, WordPress, Testing, Backend).
• Ensure deadlines, quality standards, and scope are maintained.
• Communicate effectively with clients during meetings, status calls, and requirement clarifications.

Technical/Development:

• Write clean, efficient code across frontend and backend stacks.
• Contribute to projects using Python (Django/Flask), React.js, Next.js, and Flutter.
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and resolving production issues.
• Support integrations, testing, and deployment processes.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Full Stack Development.
• Strong command of:
• Backend: Python (Django/Flask)
• Frontend: React.js, Next.js
• Mobile: Flutter (basic to intermediate preferred)
• Understanding of REST APIs and database design.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum) is a plus.
• Basic understanding of Jira, Trello, or similar tools.
• Client-facing experience is highly desirable.
