Key Responsibilities

• Team Management:

  Recruit, lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sourcing professionals to meet daily and monthly targets.

• Strategy Development:

  Design and implement effective sourcing strategies for residential or commercial properties to meet company objectives and explore new markets.

• Market Analysis:

  Conduct thorough market research to identify prime real estate opportunities and track key market trends, competitor activities, and relevant government policies.

• Stakeholder Engagement:

  Develop and maintain strong relationships with real estate brokers, property owners, developers, and channel partners.

• Deal Negotiation:

  Negotiate property deals, lease agreements, and purchase agreements to secure the best terms for the company.

• Performance Tracking:

  Monitor team performance, analyze key metrics, and provide structured reports to senior management.

• Cross-functional Coordination:

  Collaborate with legal, financial, and operational teams to ensure the smooth execution of real estate transactions.

• Team Leadership:

  Mentor, coach, and manage a team of closing agents, providing guidance and performance management to meet sales targets.

• Negotiation & Customer Service:

  Conduct negotiations with clients to finalize terms, and maintain excellent customer relationships by addressing their concerns and resolving issues.

• Internal Coordination:

  Liaise with internal departments like legal, CRM, and finance to ensure a smooth and compliant transaction process.

• Document & Financial Management:

  Oversee the accurate preparation and exchange of all transaction documents and ensure timely funds transfer and settlement.

• Compliance:

  Ensure all real estate transactions comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

• Reporting:

  Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for business optimization.
