Job Description

Hello Candidates, We are hiring! Position: Non-IT Recruiters Location: Sholinganallur, Chennai Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred Industry: FMCG / Consumer Goods / D2C Responsibilities Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs. Create job descriptions and post job openings on various platforms. Source and screen candidates through resumes, interviews, and assessments. Coordinate and conduct candidate interviews, including phone screenings and in-person interviews. Manage candidate communication and follow-up throughout the hiring process. Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates. Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices. Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team. Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process. Promote the company reputation as a great place to work. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably within non-IT industries. Strong ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, etc.). Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Solid ability to conduct various types of interviews (telephone, video, etc.). Strong decision-making skills.
