IGA Engineer

Your Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Design and architect SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) components: sources, entitlements, roles, access profiles, lifecycles, UAR, and rule-based policies.

• Oversee integration of new applications into SailPoint ISC using out-of-the-box connectors and custom API integrations, with proven expertise on SAP integrations (SAP GRC, Ariba).

• Define and optimize identity lifecycle processes (Joiner-Mover-Leaver).

• Implement and maintain access controls based on the principle of least privilege.

• Collaborate with security, compliance, and business teams to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements (GxP, GDPR).

• Support the definition of role models and access policies.

• Conduct technical reviews on IAM architecture and propose improvements.

• Manage the full lifecycle of technical documentation related to design changes, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

• KPI: Successful integration and governance maturity of IAM processes.

What you’ll bring to the role

Essential Requirements:

• University degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in IAM projects, preferably in pharmaceutical or other highly regulated industries.

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with SailPoint ISC, including connector development and policy management.

• Strong understanding of IAM processes around identity lifecycle, role modeling, authorizations, and user access review.

• Hands-on experience with API-based integrations, especially within SAP landscape.

• Ability to lead technical teams and translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  Essential Skills: Advanced technical expertise in SailPoint ISC and IAM architecture.
  Languages: Fluent in written and spoken English.

Desirable Requirements:

• Certifications in SailPoint and SAP GRC.

• Experience with IAM maturity assessment and control frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001).
