Job Description

Job Title: FSM Configurer

Location: Remote / Offshore

About the Role:

FSM Configurer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and maintain IFS Cloud modules - focus on

    timesheets, job validation, stock, and parts

    .
  • Build

    quick reports, lobbies, and dashboards

    to improve usability and insights.
  • Align FSM configurations with business processes and service operations.
  • Support users, resolve system issues, and manage small enhancement projects.
  • Ensure

    data accuracy

    , system integration (ERP, CRM), and performance monitoring.
  • Oversee

    testing and QA

    for new IFS releases and patches.
  • Monitor key interfaces (Business Central, Excelsys, Resident Platform, KTHS).
  • Recommend process improvements and automation opportunities.

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience with

    IFS FSM / IFS Cloud

  • Strong understanding of

    field service workflows

    and integrations.
  • Proficiency in reporting, analytics, and system optimisation.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
