Qualifications:Any Graduation

Years of Experience:7 to 11 years

What are we looking for?

Experience in HR data analysis

MySQL

Basic Python

HR Domain Understanding

Business Acumen

Strong Communication Skills

Proactive & Independent Contributor

Experience working with offshore teams is preferred

VBA

Ability to synthesize complex data into meaningful insights and recommendations

Power BI or visualization and reporting tool

Roles and Responsibilities:

Data Analytics & Insights:Analyze raw data, implement business rules, and generate actionable insights to support talent acquisition strategies

Programming & Automation:Develop, optimize, and maintain MySQL queries; knowledge of Python, Excel Macros, and Power BI would be an advantage

HR Analytics & Business Strategy:Work closely with the team to drive value realization using advanced analytics and technology

Client & Stakeholder Management:Effectively communicate insights, front-end client discussions, and present findings with well-structured reports

Proof of Concept Development:Independently handle data, perform exploratory analysis, and contribute to optimization of client business

Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing:Work closely with offshore teams, ensuring alignment with business goals and driving continuous improvement
