You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality data, build performance dashboards, and deliver clear analytics outputs across acquisition, conversion, and retention journeys. You will help identify tagging gaps, troubleshoot data issues, and strengthen reporting frameworks across markets. You will also support continuous improvement by standardizing measurement approaches, enhancing reporting processes, and contributing to automation/efficiency initiatives across analytics operations.
What are we looking for?
5–8 years of experience in digital analytics, marketing analytics, or performance measurement rolesStrong hands-on experience with GA4 (or Adobe Analytics) – events, parameters, funnels, attribution, explorationSolid understanding of tagging, tracking, debugging, UTM governance, GTM/GTM server-side conceptsExperience analyzing media, CRM, website, and campaign performance to provide insightsAbility to convert raw data into dashboards, reports, and decision-ready insightsStrong data storytelling and presentation skillsExperience with performance measurement metrics across the consumer funnelAbility to spot data anomalies, troubleshoot issues, and work with technical teams to resolve gapsStrong stakeholder communication skills and experience handling multi-market requestsDetail-oriented with strong QA practices, documentation rigor, and delivery disciplineWorking knowledge of Power BI, Looker, Tableau, or similar BI toolsExposure to SEO, media platforms, or CRM analytics (Google Search Console, Meta, Salesforce, etc.)Experience in A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, or CRO tools (Hotjar, Contentsquare, etc.) Familiarity with marketing technology ecosystems and digital performance toolsExperience in global or regional analytics environmentsCollaborative mindset and strong problem-solving capability
Roles and Responsibilities: Deliver end-to-end digital marketing analytics across campaigns, websites, CRM, and mediaConduct tagging audits, troubleshoot tracking issues, validate data flows, and flag inconsistencies in dimensions/variablesBuild dashboards and performance reports using GA4, Power BI, or similar toolsTranslate data into actionable insights to improve campaign ROI, funnel performance, and customer experienceConduct detailed data analysis to identify patterns, correlations, and trends across channels and marketsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data and reporting needs, ensuring alignment to broader business objectivesRespond to analytics requests and manage day-to-day delivery with accuracy and timelinessMaintain data hygiene, documentation, and tagging governance standardsSupport development of standardized KPIs across the acquisition ? conversion ? retention funnelCollaborate with media, creative, CRM, and web teams to ensure data-driven decision-makingConduct regular QA checks across data pipelines, tracking, and reporting frameworksIdentify and propose improvement opportunities in measurement, reporting, and digital performance processesContribute to continuous improvement through test-and-learn approaches and data-informed decision makingResearch and share digital trends, platform changes (GA4, ad platforms), and new analytics capabilitiesPresent insights to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and story-led mannerEngage confidently with key stakeholders, following Accenture’s guiding principles for collaboration and communicationDemonstrate a critical, innovative, and problem-solving mindset – proactively proposing alternative solutions when faced with challenges, roadblocks, or data issues
Qualification Any Graduation
