Visit us at www.accenture.com.The Fraud Analytics Manager is responsible for designing, developing, and operationalizing fraud prevention strategies across multiple payment and transaction channels for U.S.-based financial institutions. The role requires strong analytical capability, fraud domain expertise, and the ability to work cross-functionally with analytics, product, compliance, and engineering teams. The position ensures that fraud controls are effective, scalable, and compliant with U.S. regulatory requirements.
What are we looking for?
Fraud Analytics, US Banking SQL:Strong proficiency in querying, analysis, and data manipulationPython:Experience in data analysis, automation, and rule testingTableau / BI Tools:Ability to create fraud dashboards, metrics reporting, and visualizationsExperience with fraud risk tools such as Amplitude, iOvation, SentiLink, Emailage (preferred)
Roles and Responsibilities: Design, develop, and optimize fraud prevention rules across:New Account Opening (NAO), Account Takeover (ATO), Peer-to-Peer (P2P) transactions, Card fraud, ACH transactions, Remote Deposit Capture (RDC), First Party FraudConduct data analytics to identify fraud trends, evaluate control performance, and produce actionable insightsBuild and maintain BI dashboards (Tableau or similar) to monitor fraud KPIs, rule effectiveness, and incident trendsPerform fraud case reviews and root cause analysis (RCA) to triage new patterns and propose countermeasuresPartner with engineering and product teams to implement fraud prevention enhancements, including requirement gathering, JIRA management, and sprint planningEnsure adherence to U.S. regulatory standards such as KYC, Reg E, and relevant AML/fraud control frameworksSupport operational readiness and continuous improvement of fraud monitoring processes
