IELTS & PTE Trainer

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced IELTS & PTE Trainer to deliver effective test preparation to students aspiring for international education and migration. The trainer will be responsible for conducting engaging classes, assessing client performance, and ensuring clients achieve their desired test scores. Key Responsibilities: Conduct classroom and online training sessions for IELTS and PTE exams. Prepare customized lesson plans and training materials tailored to students’ proficiency levels. Evaluate students’ performance through regular mock tests and provide feedback. Guide students on exam strategies, time management, and test-taking techniques. Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance. Stay updated with the latest test patterns, scoring criteria, and updates from IDP/Pearson. Encourage and motivate students to improve their skills. Coordinate with the counselling team to track student progress and readiness for exams. Address individual student queries and provide personal mentorship as needed. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher (preferably in English, Education, or a related field). Proven experience in IELTS or PTE training (minimum 1 year preferred). High band score in IELTS (overall 7.5+ with no less than 7.0 in each) and/or PTE score of 75+. Excellent command of the English language (both written and spoken). Strong presentation and communication skills. Ability to use online platforms and digital tools (Zoom, Google Meet, LMS, etc.). Positive attitude, patience, and a student-focused mindset. Preferred: Certified IELTS or PTE Trainer from recognized institutions. Experience with content creation and curriculum design.
