Key Responsibilities

IELTS & PTE Training

• Conduct IELTS and PTE training sessions for students aiming to achieve their desired scores.
• Utilize a variety of teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and ensure comprehensive understanding of the material.
• Develop and implement individualized learning plans based on students' needs and goals.
• Conduct demo classes for the students who are interested to enroll.
• Design and update training materials, including lesson plans, practice tests and assignments, to stay current with the latest exam formats and requirements.
• Ensure all training content is accurate, up-to-date and aligned with IELTS and PTE standards.
• Conduct regular assessments to monitor students' progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide constructive feedback and guidance to help students enhance their skills in listening, reading, writing and speaking.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress and performance.
• Prepare and submit progress reports and other required documentation in a timely manner.

Business Development and Training

• Conduct seminars and presentations at schools and colleges to promote ACET Education and raise awareness of international educational practices.
• Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions to foster partnerships and collaborations.
• Identify potential opportunities for expanding ACET Education's reach and influence in the education sector.
• Undergo comprehensive training to gain in-depth knowledge of international educational practices and ACET Education's programs.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in international education to enhance the quality of information provided during seminars.
• Develop and deliver engaging and informative presentations to a variety of audiences, ensuring clarity and comprehension.
• Travel as required for conducting seminars and presentations at various locations.

Career Aptitude Test Development and Implementation

• Develop, execute and modify a comprehensive career aptitude test to assist students in identifying suitable career pathways.
• Administer career aptitude tests and interpret the results to provide meaningful insights and guidance.
• Create detailed and personalized reports based on the results of the career aptitude tests.
• Counsel students and their parents, discussing the test results and providing recommendations on career options and educational pathways.
• Continuously update and refine the career aptitude test to ensure its relevance and accuracy in reflecting current career trends and student needs.
• Develop supplementary materials and resources to aid students in understanding their career aptitude results and exploring various career options.
• Maintain detailed records of test results, reports, and counselling sessions.
• Follow up with students and parents to offer ongoing support and address any further questions or concerns they may have regarding career planning.
