Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging IELTS training sessions to students – Academic & Modules (Listening, Reading, Writing, Speaking).
• Conduct mock tests and practice sessions, and provide constructive feedback to improve student performance.
• Design lesson plans and study materials in line with the latest IELTS format and standards.
• Track student progress and provide individual mentoring to boost confidence and results.
• Maintain student records, attendance, and performance reports.
• Ensure a motivating and student-centric learning environment.
• Stay updated with the latest changes in the IELTS test patterns and scoring criteria.
• Coordinate with the counseling and admin teams for student scheduling and progress updates.
  

Qualifications & Skills

• A Bachelor's or Master's Degree (English, Education, Linguistics, or relevant field preferred).
• Proven experience in teaching IELTS.
• Prior teaching/training experience in IELTS, TOEFL, or PTE is highly desirable.
• Strong command over spoken and written English.
• Excellent classroom management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage and inspire students of diverse backgrounds.
• Passion for education and continuous learning.
