Job Description

1. Engage with potential clients over phone calls 2. Explain about products and services 3. Generate leads and follow up with prospects. 4. Provide basic counselling services to guide students to find the institution that best meets their learning and career aspirations. 5. Providing students with the right information about admissions, processes and qualification options in a way they can understand easily and proactively engaging with students and education providers regularly. 6. Effective & regular follow-up with students using different channels of communication. Participate in webinars, meetings, training or workshops conducted by universities. *Graduation is mandatory *Good communication in English is required *Good understanding of the overseas education sector and placement of students into overseas universities/colleges. *Experience in a sales or customer service-driven environment including achieving individual and team-based targets. *Freshers with good communication skills in English can also apply
