Job Description

You will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of Exchange Online accounts, working with Active Directory, email relay, email application configuration, Exchange Online Protection application, and supporting Mobile Device Management. Additionally, you will work with and support Microsoft Intune, E-Discovery, Legal Hold, and be involved in tracking and closing assigned Incidents and/or Service Requests. Your role will also include writing procedures and documentation for troubleshooting processes, requiring a good understanding of Active Directory, Group Policy, and RBAC. - Administering Exchange Online accounts - Working with Active Directory - Configuring email relay and email applications - Utilizing Exchange Online Protection application - Supporting Mobile Device Management - Engaging with Microsoft Intune - Implementing E-Discovery and Legal Hold - Tracking and closing assigned Incidents and/or Service Requests - Writing procedures and documentation for troubleshooting - Understanding and implementing Active Directory, Group Policy, and RBAC - Knowledge of Email Security Gateway (EOP, Cisco Iron Port, Check Point, Symantec, etc.) - Familiarity with DKIM, SPF, DMARC - Business continuity and Disaster Recovery planning - Identity Access & Privilege Access Management - Understanding of Azure Roles, MFA, SSO (SAML & OAuth) Qualifications Required: - 6-8 years of relevant experience in Identity, Access Management - Proficiency in Active Directory, Group Policy, RBAC - Knowledge of Email Security Gateway technologies - Understanding of DKIM, SPF, DMARC - Experience in Business continuity and Disaster Recovery - Familiarity with Identity Access & Privilege Access Management practices - Understanding of Azure Roles, MFA, SSO (SAML & OAuth),
