Greetings from VOIS! We are looking dynamic "Identity and Access Manager" for Pune location. Experience: 5 to 10 years Notice Period: Early Joiners Location: VOIS, EON IT Kharadi, Pune Working Persona: Hybrid Role purpose: Workforce Identity and Access Management (WIAM) L2 Application support Technical Lead. Work in collaboration with Product Owners, Functional lead in the cloud migration of WIAM platform. Identify scope for automation and implement the same. Support infra structure upgrades, patching process. Should be able to identify and implement tools and technologies in line with the tech strategy of the organization. Understand functionality and architecture of WIAM, support customer requirements and resolve queries. Identify issues on the platform and help in the trouble shooting, analyzing and fixing reported issues. Support in the deployment activities. Collaborate with VCI and engineering team in identifying and fixing of reported vulnerabilities. Core competencies, knowledge, and experience: Ability to provide technical solutions to operational and platform issues. Expertise in Cloud migration of on-premises application to cloud framework preferably Oracle Cloud. Experience in working in virtual and multinational teams, with proven record of delivering goals. Ability to understand and communicate strategic issues at Senior Leadership level. Ability to work pro-actively on a day-to-day basis with minimum guidance on ad-hoc requirements. Ability to manage multiple & changing priorities and take accountability for decisions made. Strong communication and presentation skills with proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Ability to express and communicate clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Experience in Technology and/or Business function and strong technical understanding of Identity and Access Management Domain. Show more Show less
