Identity & Access Management Consultant

Role Overview: As an Identity and Access Manager at VOIS in Pune, your role involves being the Workforce Identity and Access Management (WIAM) L2 Application support Technical Lead. You will work closely with Product Owners and Functional leads in the cloud migration of the WIAM platform. Your responsibilities include identifying automation opportunities, supporting infrastructure upgrades and patching processes, implementing tools and technologies aligned with the organization's tech strategy, understanding WIAM functionality and architecture, resolving customer queries, troubleshooting platform issues, and collaborating with teams to address reported vulnerabilities. Key Responsibilities: - Provide technical solutions to operational and platform issues - Lead cloud migration of on-premises applications to cloud framework, preferably Oracle Cloud - Collaborate effectively in virtual and multinational teams to achieve goals - Communicate strategic issues at the Senior Leadership level - Work proactively with minimal guidance on ad-hoc requirements - Manage multiple priorities, take accountability for decisions, and adapt to changing priorities - Communicate clearly and influence stakeholders at all levels - Possess strong presentation skills and technical understanding of Identity and Access Management Domain Qualifications Required: - 5 to 10 years of experience in Identity and Access Management - Expertise in cloud migration and experience with Oracle Cloud - Proven track record of working in virtual and multinational teams - Strong communication skills to engage with technical and non-technical audiences - Ability to manage multiple priorities and provide technical solutions independently - Understanding of technology and business functions related to Identity and Access Management (Note: No additional details about the company were provided in the job description),
