Greetings from VOIS! We are currently seeking a dynamic Identity and Access Manager to join our team in Pune. As the Identity and Access Manager, you will be responsible for Workforce Identity and Access Management (WIAM) L2 Application support as a Technical Lead. Your role will involve collaborating with Product Owners and Functional leads in the cloud migration of the WIAM platform. You will be expected to identify opportunities for automation, support infrastructure upgrades and patching processes, and implement tools and technologies aligned with the organization's tech strategy. Additionally, you will need to have a deep understanding of the functionality and architecture of WIAM, support customer requirements, and resolve queries. Key Responsibilities: - Work closely with cross-functional teams in the cloud migration of WIAM platform - Identify scope for automation and implement solutions - Support infrastructure upgrades and patching processes - Identify and implement tools and technologies in line with the organization's tech strategy - Resolve customer queries and issues related to the WIAM platform - Troubleshoot, analyze, and fix reported issues - Support deployment activities and collaborate with other teams to address reported vulnerabilities Core Competencies: - Ability to provide technical solutions to operational and platform issues - Expertise in cloud migration, preferably Oracle Cloud - Experience working in virtual and multinational teams with a proven track record of goal delivery - Strong communication and presentation skills - Ability to work proactively with minimal guidance - Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management domain - Ability to manage multiple priorities and make decisions with accountability - Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders If you have 5 to 10 years of experience in Technology and/or Business functions, with a strong technical understanding of Identity and Access Management Domain, and are an early joiner with a hybrid working persona, we would love to hear from you.
