As a UI/UX Manager at our Pune location, you will play a crucial role in establishing design standards for our team, providing training and support in UX best practices, and collaborating closely with product management, stakeholders, and the engineering team. To excel in this role, you should have at least 10 years of experience as a UI/UX designer or in a related role, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in designing scalable products and 7 years of experience in managing a team. Expertise in tools like Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma, experience in product development in an agile environment, and familiarity with formal project management methodologies are required. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively, are also essential. Possessing relevant certifications such as PMP, PgMP, SaFe, Scrum Certifications would be advantageous.,

As a Specialist in Master Data Management at Novartis in Hyderabad Hybrid, you will be responsible for overseeing complex global master data management processes within the SAP ERP system. Your primary focus will be to ensure accurate and timely preparation and maintenance of master data in alignment with supply chain operational activities, GxP and regulatory requirements, internal regulations such as the Novartis Quality Manual, best practices, and business objectives. Your key responsibilities will include hands-on experience in SAP transactions for material creation, extensions, setups, and interpreting various master data components. You will be tasked with processing master data tickets according to SOPs, business matrices, SLA timelines, and KPIs.
