Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • The person will be responsible for activities related to Collections preferably for Enterprise customers with cloud-based services.
  • Partner management experience, especially in Central Tele-calling set up, taking care of Collections of Active Customers
  • Billing vs Collections from active customers in 0-90 Bucket
  • Minimum Flow to RTBD
  • Management of Central telecalling Unit and teams
  • Interactions with RCM to improve processes
  • Reduce customer’s movement from Active to OGB/TSP bucket.
  • Maximum liquidation from Active Customers 0-90 bucket
  • Early detection of Disputes and resolution via DRT
  • Improve First Bill/SB/TB Collections

Skills

  • Have knowledge of Microsoft Products.
  • Good Written & Verbal Communication & Presentation Skills
  • Preferably Telecom, Banking (Collections preferably for Enterprise customers, Central Tele calling set up experience, Collections of Active Customers).
