Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain IBM Case Manager solutions to meet business requirements.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.- Implement best practices for case management and workflow automation.- Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers.- Ensure system performance, scalability, and security.

Technical and Professional Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications:- Bachelor''s or Master''s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (BE, B.Tech, ME, M.Tech, MCA, MSc).- 5+ years of experience in IBM Case Manager development.- Strong understanding of case management principles and practices.Preferred Qualifications:- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.- Proven track record of successful project delivery in a similar role.- Experience in mentoring and guiding junior team members.Skills: IBM Case Manager, Business Process Management, Workflow Automation, System Integration, Technical Documentation, Agile Methodologies.
