Key Responsibilities:

• Design develop and maintain IBM Case Manager solutions to meet business requirements
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather and analyze requirements
• Implement best practices for case management and workflow automation
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers
• Ensure system performance scalability and security

Technical Requirements:

• Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field BE B
• Tech ME M
• Tech MCA MSc
• 5 years of experience in IBM Case Manager development
• Strong understanding of case management principles and practices
• Preferred Qualifications
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross functional teams
• Proven track record of successful project delivery in a similar role
• Experience in mentoring and guiding junior team members
• Skills IBM Case Manager Business Process Management Workflow Automation System Integration Technical Documentation Agile Methodologies
