What you will be doing at Evalueserve

Should be able to conduct comprehensive qualitative and quantitative research (gathering information from relevant and qualified sources) across various segments of the automotive industry, identifying trends, challenges, and strategic opportunities.

Manage and mentor senior team members, ensuring high standards of research and analysis are maintained. Provide guidance and support in complex projects and foster a collaborative team environment.

Is able to manage the project end-to-end with some support from Principal Consultant.

Should have flair to work across different sectors within the industrial goods domain and good business acumen related to automotive.

Develop strong client relationships through regular and effective communication, understanding their strategic needs, and providing tailored insights and recommendations. Should be able to bring an industry understanding of their clients organization which would include products, customer segments, competitive forces and trends shaping the industry.

Deliver high-impact presentations and detailed reports that offer clear, actionable insights. Drive the development of strategic initiatives that significantly influence client decisions.

Successfully manage a variety and volume of research requests, with high-level of accuracy and organization.

Performing market segment and sizing studies, opportunity analysis & technology analysis.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect and interpret data, tailor it to support client specific projects.

Produce impactful presentations and detailed reports for clients, offering clear and actionable insights.

Providing competitive intelligence by preparing deliverables around Scorecards, Competitive Newsflashes, Competitive Briefs, SWOT Analysis, Summaries of Calls, etc.

Lead efforts to innovate and improve internal processes, methodologies, and client deliverables. Stay ahead of industry advancements to continuously enhance service offerings.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry developments, including advancements in future mobility and related technologies.

What we're looking for

Minimum of 5 years of experience in market research or business analysis within the automotive industry, with a preference for candidates with 6 to 10 years of experience.

Possess a comprehensive understanding of the automotive sector, including the latest trends in future mobility and related technologies.

Updated with current events in the industry and ability to identify key trends shaping the customer industries Automotive, Industrial, etc.

Expertise in emerging trends in future mobility, with a specific focus on technologies shaping the next generation of automotive solutions.

Proven experience in leading and mentoring teams, capable of managing complex research projects and driving team success.

Adept in understanding business issues and translating them into research priorities.

Ability to ensure that tasks within areas of responsibility are completed in a timely manner.

Advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, strategic insights.

Graduate in an Engineering (Electrical / Mechanical / Automobile) domain is desirable or Post Graduate in Business Administration (MBA / PG Diploma) is preferable.

Prior experience within an automotive company is highly advantageous.
