Hvac Service Engineer

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HVAC professional to lead our Service & Retrofit Operations. If youre passionate about solving real-world HVAC challenges, managing service teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction this role is for you!

Qualifications

• B.E. Mechanical / M.Tech Mechanical
  
• Certification in HVAC / Service (Preferred)
  

Required Skill Set

• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems (VRF system, Chillers, AHUs, VRV, FCUs, Pumps)
  
• Business development – New & existing AMC
  
• Team leadership and task allocation
  
• Expertise in retrofit and replacement projects
  
• Ability to read and interpret HVAC drawings and schematics
  
• Root cause analysis and resolution of service complaints
  
• Client handling and communication
  
• Project documentation and reporting
  
• AMC and warranty management
  
• Spare parts estimation and ordering
  
• Knowledge of BMS systems (desirable)
  
• Vendor coordination
  
• Site safety compliance
  
• Time and resource management
  
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD (desirable)
  
• Proficiency in MS Office
  

1. Manage and lead a team of HVAC service technicians and engineers
   
2. Identify and develop new AMC/service opportunities to expand the client base and increase revenue
   
3. Allocate daily service calls and ensure timely resolution
   
4. Plan and execute retrofit & upgradation projects
   
5. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues at client sites
   
6. Prepare service reports, quotations, and cost estimates
   
7. Conduct preventive maintenance visits and audits
   
8. Coordinate with procurement for spares and materials
   
9. Ensure safety compliance during site execution
   
10. Develop and maintain strong client relationships
    
11. Provide technical support to the sales & project teams
    
12. Oversee execution of AMC and warranty contracts
    
13. Monitor project budgets, timelines, and deliverables
    
14. Train and mentor junior technicians
    
15. Ensure documentation of all service activities
    
16. Participate in weekly performance reviews and reporting
    

Desired Candidate Profile

• Hands-on experience in HVAC service (preferably in retrofit business)
  
• Proven ability to lead service teams and manage multiple sites
  
• Strong interpersonal skills with a client-centric approach
  
• Willingness to travel locally within Pune
  
• Based in Pune or willing to relocate
