HVAC Design Engineer

Anemo Projects Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented HVAC Design Engineer to join our Engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, development, and technical support of HVAC systems for industrial, commercial, and institutional projects. The role involves end-to-end design activities, equipment selection, documentation, and coordination with clients and project teams to ensure optimal system performance and cost-effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform 

  heat load calculations

   and prepare comprehensive 

  Design Basis Reports (DBR)

   for projects.
• Conduct 

  duct static pressure

   and 

  pump head calculations

   to ensure efficient system design.
• Select appropriate 

  HVAC equipment

   such as AHUs, pumps, heaters, humidifiers, and related components based on project requirements.
• Prepare 

  technical datasheets

   for all HVAC equipment and coordinate with clients for design approvals.
• Conduct 

  site visits

   to troubleshoot issues and ensure adherence to design intent.

• Interact with clients

   to provide optimized and energy-efficient design solutions.
• Provide 

  technical support

   to the project execution team during installation and commissioning stages.
• Prepare and review 

  P&ID drawings

   for initial design and system understanding.
• Prepare 

  RFQs (Request for Quotation)

   and assist in the procurement of HVAC materials and equipment.
• Offer 

  technical guidance

   to the drafting team to ensure accurate preparation of HVAC drawings and documentation.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in 

  Mechanical Engineering

   or equivalent.

• 2–6 years

   of experience in HVAC design (experience range can be adjusted based on company requirements).
• Experience with 

  AutoCAD

   and 

  Revit (optional)

   for drawing review and coordination.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and client-handling skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with project, procurement, and site teams.
