The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates based on tender drawings, BOQs, and client requirements. The role involves end-to-end design activities, equipment selection, documentation, and coordination with clients and project teams to ensure optimal system performance and cost-effectiveness. Key Responsibilities: Perform heat load calculations and prepare comprehensive Design Basis Reports (DBR) for projects. Conduct duct static pressure and pump head calculations to ensure efficient system design. Select appropriate HVAC equipment such as AHUs, pumps, heaters, humidifiers, and related components based on project requirements. Prepare technical datasheets for all HVAC equipment and coordinate with clients for design approvals. Conduct site visits to troubleshoot issues and ensure adherence to design intent. Interact with clients to provide optimized and energy-efficient design solutions. Provide technical support to the project execution team during installation and commissioning stages.
