Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources (HR) Supervisor located in Kerala, India. The HR Supervisor will oversee day-to-day HR operations, including managing employee relations, performance management, and implementing HR policies. The role also involves handling statutory requirements, HR management tasks and coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth HR functions.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
• Experience in Employee Relations and Performance Management
• Knowledge of HR Policies
• Knowledge of Statutory Requirements (Labour, EPF, ESI etc.)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site role
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
