Role Description

This full-time role is for a Human Resources Specialist, located on-site in Bhawan. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR activities, including developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and overseeing personnel management. The specialist will also assist in HR management processes and ensure compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
• Experience developing and implementing HR Policies
• Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment in Bhawan
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in a similar HR role is a plus
