Human Resources Specialist

As an HR Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of HR operations within the organization. Your key responsibilities will involve managing essential processes, ensuring compliance with regulations, and coordinating activities to support various business functions. Your primary focus will be on maintaining HR systems and employee databases accurately, addressing employee queries regarding HR policies and operational matters, and collaborating with department heads to facilitate seamless execution of HR processes. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing and analyzing HR reports, including MIS and compliance documentation, as well as providing support in statutory compliance, audits, and policy maintenance. To excel in this role, you should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in HR Operations along with a BBA/MBA in Human Resources or a related field. Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is essential, and you should have a strong understanding of HR workflows and compliance regulations. Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and strong interpersonal and organizational skills are also necessary for success in this position. Your role will also involve assisting in employee engagement initiatives to cultivate a positive work environment, while upholding integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive information. A proactive approach, teamwork, and adherence to US shift timings with weekend availability will be required for this full-time position based at the Head Office in Ahmedabad.
