Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist located in Indore. The person will be responsible for effectively managing all HR functions with a special emphasis on hiring the most apt candidates for various positions (mainly around business development, communications, product development, inventory, etc) to help with the growth of the startup.

Qualifications

• Recruiting and People Management skills
• Experience in Hiring and Interviewing, including college campus drives
• Proficiency in Employer Branding
• Excellent communication (English) and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in using technology to manage HR processes is a must
• Tremendous Source of Ownership in getting things done in time
• Ability to write crisp professional emails, and multi-tasking.
• Knowledge of PF, ESIC and other compliances
• Ability to establish strategic partnerships with institutes for hiring
