Human Resources Specialist

The role involves conducting sourcing and recruiting activities by collaborating with hiring managers to comprehend job requirements and create job postings. Utilize online platforms, job portals, social media, and professional networks to identify potential candidates and establish a robust talent pipeline. Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and evaluate candidates" qualifications to shortlist candidates who align with the job requirements and company culture. Coordinate interviews by scheduling and arranging meetings between candidates and hiring managers. Ensure prompt communication and follow-up with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Contribute to employer branding efforts by promoting the company's culture and values through various recruitment channels and events, enhancing the organization's reputation as a desirable employer. Maintain accurate and current records of all recruitment activities, including candidate information and interview feedback, using official excel or Google Sheets. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule from Monday to Friday. The role offers a performance bonus. Proficiency in English and Hindi is required. The work location is in person.,
